Find your reference
The reference is shown on your confirmation email, the product label or the delivery slip.

Search using the bar
Type your reference or a keyword (e.g. « pallet cushion », « seat pad ») in the bar below.

View the manual
On the product page, scroll to the bottom and click the « User manual and care tips » section.
Find my product
Type your reference or product name
💡 Tip: the reference usually starts with 2-3 letters followed by numbers
Where can I find my reference?
- In your order confirmation email, next to the product name
- On the product label (stuck on the packaging or the cover)
- On the delivery slip placed inside the parcel
- In your customer account > My orders > Details
