How to return an item

Log in to your account

Click "My account" at the top of the site, enter the email you used to place your order, then the 6-digit code you receive by email. No password to create.

Request your return online

Select the relevant order, then click "Request a return". Choose the items to return and indicate the reason. You’ll receive an email confirmation.

Send your package

Use the carrier of your choice and ship the package to the address corresponding to your country (below). Make sure to include your order number inside the package.

Return conditions

  • Time limit: you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
  • Condition: items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
  • Identification: please include your order number in at least one of the packages.
  • Cost: return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • Responsibility: you are responsible for the condition of the products upon arrival at our warehouse.
  • Carrier: you may use the carrier of your choice.

Refund timeframe

Upon receipt of the packages and after verifying their condition, we will process the refund within 4 business days using the payment method used at purchase.

Frequently asked questions

Which items cannot be returned?

Customised or made-to-order items, as well as items discounted by more than 50%.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Please contact us immediately at sav@deco-arts.fr with photos. We handle these cases as a priority, at our expense.

Can I exchange a product instead of getting a refund?

Yes, contact us before shipping your package so we can arrange the exchange (size, colour).

Is the return free?

No, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product. In that case, we cover the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 4 business days after receipt and verification of your package at our warehouse.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, provided you have the order number. The refund will be made on the original buyer’s payment method.
